Participants of the "IT, AI, and Legal Perspectives" Course Awarded Certificates

The attendees learned how artificial intelligence, blockchain, and other digital technologies are reshaping the legal system and opening up new opportunities.

On March 6, participants of the five-day "IT, AI, and Legal Perspectives" course were awarded certificates at RAU.

The course provided attendees with insights into how artificial intelligence, blockchain, and digital technologies are reshaping the legal system and unlocking new possibilities.

"Today, as increasing attention is given to the relevance of technology and the growing demand for IT and artificial intelligence especially in Armenia, we face several challenges. We do not yet have a large number of specialists in this field, but despite this, the industry is rapidly developing and integrating into all institutions. Even the smallest organizations and structures are beginning to recognize the need to establish separate IT and AI-related divisions. This course is more relevant now than ever. We had the opportunity not only to expand our knowledge but also to engage with experienced professionals and ask them questions that we might not have had the chance to discuss with international IT experts before," shared Anna Yeritsyan, a third-year Law student at RAU.

Another participant, Irina Avetisyan, an employee of the RA Arbitration Court, emphasized: "As a practicing lawyer, I was very interested in learning about the impact artificial intelligence could have on legal practice, what AI tools we can use to facilitate our work, accelerate processes, and develop both the AI field and law itself. During the event, I gained a lot of new knowledge and ideas."

It is worth noting that the course was organized by the RAU Institute of Law and Resolve Academy.
